To ensure that the specific requests of our customers are followed accurately, our Analysis and Quality Control Laboratory monitors production cycles at every stage of the process.
The Lab is in charge of checking raw material quality, analysing volatile components (solvent residue) at the end of the production process and testing the mechanical characteristics such as slipperiness, delamination resistance, welding resistance etc.; simulation tests are carried out after printing to establish resistance to wear and tear stress, such as packaging. All these phases guarantee that the product is suitable for its intended use.
The Ink Laboratory ensures that the shades of colour on the prints perfectly match customer requirements and that the ink employed is the most reliable and best suited choice for each individual product.
